Pascarosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil tins are filled, tapped, packed and ready to be shipped to the U.S.

We never thought we’d see the day. For months we’ve been planning for it, attending to endless details along with big decisions. We’ve been exhilarated, anxious, exhausted and mostly optimistic. The first drops of fresh cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil from our harvest.

It seems that there is more than one way to harvest olives in Italy.
